Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship all across Canada and the usa as well as some other countries.
Are your products insured?
All of our products are registered with Health Canada and insured for usage with an Insurance Company.
What’s the minimum order amount?
At Swanky Soap we have a minimum order amount of $10.00 for shipping and if your order is over $50.00 your shipping (in Ontario) is free.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately once your product has been opened we cannot return/exchange it, but we do offer a refund for damaged or missed items if broken or lost in the mail. **We do require unboxing proof in video form in order to recieve a refund so please try to remember that when receiving your order.**
Can I place a custom order?
We do mainly offer ready made products but we also try to fulfill any custom request made by a customer. See a bar you like but not the scent? We can fix that. Find a bomb you like but not the colour? We can change that. Want a soap shape we don't offer? Just ask. Saw something in our pictures that isn't it in the store for sale? We can make a new batch easily.
Where do you source your soap supplies?
We at Swanky Soap love to support local when possible and so we source our soap supplies as much as possible from https://candorasoap.ca out of London, ON - with the exceptions of some items we get on Amazon like our toys, molds and a few other things. Buying from a supplier like Candora Soap allows us to buy ingredients at wholesale cost but keep our quality up.
